Online Fitness & Obstacle Training
The winter online schedule will be 3 classes a week and you will be able to purchase a monthly or weekly pass as well as a pay as you go option, all classes are 30 minutes except for the saturday class which which is a 60 minute session.
Your first online class is FREE
Spartan SGX Functional Fitness Saturdays 9.30
This session will be very similar to the class held outside at OPP, we will warm up together before moving into the set workout which will normally be an AMRAP so you can move at your own pace, bodyeight or equipment based
OPP Fit Tuesday's 6.00pm
Mixture of bodyweight and weighted carries and Kettlebell exercises that you might don’t worry if you don’t have kit there are bodyweight alternatives and you can improvise what you carry
MaxFit Thursday's 6.00pm
High intensity interval training consisting of cardio and strength movements. No kit required for this class.
All classes are held via Zoom midweek classes last 30 minutes, Saturday is a 60 minute class, you will receive login details and password when you sign up online.

February Pass - £45.00 :- All ONLINE classes from Saturday 6th February till Saturday 27th February
February weekly Pass - £15.00 :- All ONLINE classes for one week
Pay As You Go £5.50 Midweek class (30 minute) - £6.50 Saturday class (60 minute)

Online class waiver
For monthly and weekly bookings, you will need to sign an online waiver form via race nation which will last from 1st December 2020 to 31st May 2021.
You do NOT have to sign one of these for pay as you go classes.
You can make payment for either the monthly pass or weekly pass by bank transfer (not via race nation) you will just need to let me know by email or msg if that’s what you intend to do.
Pay as you go classes are booked and paid for via race nation
If you have purchased a monthly or weekly pass you are automatically booked onto the class, you do not need to do anything else except login.
Pay as you go classes means you have to book for every class you join, via race nation.

Dual sessions-online and in person
You can choose to mix things up and have one online session and one in person session in the same week

All programmes will be tailored to your goals, equipment, and time you have available.
They can be purely bodyweight or a mixture of both, once lockdown restrictions end I have a fully equipped outside gym with covered area, including monkey bars, rings and rig attachments, I can also bring a small amount of kit to train at your home or local park.
1-2-1 Obstacle Training Online
I am able to offer 1-2-1 training on some obstacles if you have facilties you can use as I also have a rig at home, cost will be £15.00 for 30 minutes, this may not suit everyone so if you are interested then give me a call and we can see if it work for you.
Virtual 1-1 Obstacle sessions :- 30 mins £15 60 mins £25

These can be either for weight training, fitness, or a combination of both.
I am able to offer sessions at my outside home gym, at my local park, or at Obstacle Play Park for obstacle training.
I can also train you at your home or your local park but there is an additional cost of £5 per session and for weight training you would need your own equipment or gym, this applies to the Crawley area, for outside of Crawley then please contact me for more details.
