Cancellation Policy
OBSTACLE PLAY PARK WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK Activities:- Obstacle Training, Obstacle Instruction, Bootcamp, Personal Training, Fitness Classes, Online Classes and Endurance events, Parties, Competitions, or any other event held at Obstacle Play Park In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way, in any of the above activities and or related events, I the undersigned, understand, acknowledge, appreciate and agree that: The risk from injury from involvement from these activities is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for my participation; and I willingly agree to comply with the stated instructions and policies and customary terms and conditions for participation, if however, I observe an unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation I will remove myself from the participation and bring such concerns to the attention of the nearest official immediately and warning other participants in the vicinity of the hazard; and I understand that any personal items that I bring onto any part of the Obstacle Play Park site remain my responsibility at all times, this also includes vehicles and their contents. This includes theft and or damage to belongings, vehicles and their contents; and I for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release indemnity and hold Obstacle Play Park and their officers, officials, sponsors, advertisers, other participants, land owners and leasers of premises used to conduct the events or activities, harmless with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to persons or property to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTIONS OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT. AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENTS.
